These oils are made from only one type of olive. The olives are hand-picked during the month
of October when mature and fully green, then cold pressed within 24 hours. The single varietal oil
will be appreciated for its fragrant aroma and balanced flavor of freshly picked heirloom tomatoes & fine herbs.
For use in all food preparation, cooking, sauteing & dipping. Wonderful when drizzled on fresh seafood
dishes (raw, marinated, steamed), bruschetta, fresh mozzarella and seasonal soups.
